IPS utilizes state of the art 2-D and 3-D CAD/CAM systems to compress overall product development time and ensure optimum part repeatability. The company integrates the latest in rendering, modeling, and simulation technologies to expedite design evaluation and revision, and ensure efficient, accurate tool design and construction.


Based on its in-depth knowledge of injection molding technology, IPS provides precision prototyping to facilitate fast turnaround, reduce development costs and verify component design and performance. Prototype capabilities at IPS range from building simple foam models to constructing complex stereolithography (SLA) models, selective laser sintered (SLS) models and urethane castings. Depending on the application, IPS can also produce prototypes in specified resins.


IPS maintains its own fully equipped, in-house tool shop, staffed with experienced toolmakers who use superior materials and construction techniques. The company’s on-site capabilities in designing, prototyping, manufacturing, maintaining and repairing all molds and tools ensure maximum part-to-part repeatability while holding the line on cost and production time.With over a million dollers invested in our tooling facility we are able to manufacture custom molds to your exact specifications.Since there is no third party involved mold modifications are handles quickly and easily with minimal interuptions to production.
