Based on its in-depth knowledge of injection molding technology, IPS provides precision prototyping to facilitate fast turnaround, reduce development costs and verify component design and performance. Prototype capabilities at IPS range from building simple foam models to constructing complex stereolithography (SLA) models, selective laser sintered (SLS) models and urethane castings. Depending on the application, IPS can also produce prototypes in specified resins.
IPS maintains its own fully equipped, in-house tool shop, staffed with experienced toolmakers who use superior materials and construction techniques.
